[August 28th (Fri)] MEDISO Seminar Series ~Overcoming the Barriers of Medical Ventures~ Vol. 25. Business Planning: Where Do Those Entrepreneurs Come From? The Cutting Edge of Management Talent Matching
The 25th MEDISO Seminar will focus on team building for management personnel, covering topics such as the management skills required for drug discovery startups, building a management foundation after establishment, and support for securing management personnel for university-based startups.
In the second half of the seminar, a panel discussion will cover how to define the ideal management talent profile, how to find suitable candidates, and communication after matching. This seminar is a must-see for startups that are just starting to work on building a management team, or those that are already working on it but are still figuring things out!
