[Shinshu University] "2023 Shinshu University Medical Device Industry Human Resource Development Program" begins in April (Recruiting for the second cohort)

Shinshu University's special program (certificate program), "2023 Shinshu University Medical Device Industry Human Resource Development Program," will begin in April.

Based on Nagano Prefecture's "Nagano Prefecture Medical Device Industry Promotion Vision," this program provides a systematic learning experience of the fundamental knowledge required for practical work in the medical device industry. The aim is to cultivate individuals who can acquire the essential knowledge needed for entering and expanding into the medical device industry, and who can contribute to the promotion of high-quality medical device development.

[Program Features]
• You can systematically learn the knowledge necessary for the development, manufacturing, and sales of medical devices. • Because it's e-Learning (on-demand delivery), you can learn at your own pace anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day!
• A diverse range of lectures delivered by experienced instructors including clinicians from Shinshu University School of Medicine, representatives from various government ministries, guest speakers, and medical device manufacturers.
The curriculum consists of five subjects, providing a total of 70 hours of content. You can combine subjects to suit your goals! (*Minimum 60 hours)

Subject 1: Basic Knowledge of Clinical Medicine A (10 hours) / Basic Knowledge of Clinical Medicine B (10 hours)
Subject 2: Regulatory Compliance and Design Development A (10 hours) / Regulatory Compliance and Design Development B (10 hours)
Subject 3: Marketing and Development Case Studies (10 hours)
Subject 4: Case Studies in Medical Device Development (10 hours)
Subject 5: Medical Device Sales and Innovation (10 hours)
