[Application Deadline: September 15th (Tue)] Announcement of Call for Applications for the MEDISO Seeds Booster (Medical Seeds Discover and Boost Program)
We will be implementing the "MEDISO Medical Seeds Discover and Boost Program," a total support project for medical ventures commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
This program aims to refine Target Product Profiles (TPPs) and develop appropriate research and development plans and business strategies by facilitating free exchanges of opinions on research and development and business strategies with researchers and venture capitalists from domestic and international pharmaceutical industry associations.
We encourage researchers in academia who aim to commercialize drug discovery candidates to apply!
■ Deadline: September 15, 2026 (Tuesday) 23:59 (Japan time)
■Target: Researchers affiliated with academia who possess promising technologies such as pharmaceuticals and regenerative medicine products. *This program primarily targets technologies that have completed basic research and target identification, and are aiming for applied research, practical application, or entrepreneurship.
This category includes research projects where the modality, therapeutic target, and control methods have been identified, and which are in the transitional period from basic research to applied research.
