[Application Deadline: September 18th (Fri)] Announcement of Call for Applications for the MEDISO Deal Launchpad (Deal Making Workout Program)
The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare-commissioned "Medical Venture Total Support Project MEDISO" will be implementing the Deal Launchpad (MEDISO Deal Making Workout Program). This program aims to support venture companies in closing deals with domestic and international pharmaceutical companies, such as partnerships, licensing agreements, M&A, and investments from CVCs, by collaborating with pharmaceutical companies and incubators. The program aims to help participants close deals by learning from the perspective of pharmaceutical companies and actual deal cases. Through case studies, practical training, and negotiation exercises, participants will cultivate judgment and strategic perspectives in deal making, providing a "launchpad" for future licensing agreements, fundraising, and joint development. Venture companies and academics aiming for success in deals with pharmaceutical companies (joint research, licensing, etc.) are encouraged to apply!

■Target: Venture companies engaged in the development of pharmaceuticals, regenerative medicine products, and other related products, or those supporting such development, including foundational technologies such as drug discovery technologies and medical materials, or researchers affiliated with academia who aim to start a venture company in the future. ■Organizers, co-organizers, etc.:
